Porous ceramic insulation material 
Microporous insulation ceramic material is 5-25 nano materials - even tiny thousands of times more than a human hair, it is made up of chain condition of independent unit holes and glass fiber and with special physical and processing of these holes inside contain air (90% of the whole material) to complete the insulation.Microporous insulation ceramic material is a 3 d hole mesh structure material, the mesh structure of continuous nanoparticles or polymer molecules are assembled.Main material aerogel nanoparticle and its aperture in 1 ~ 100 nm.More than 90% of the aerogel is air volume, known as "solid smoke".Aerogel is not only the world's lightest solid materials into the "guinness book of world records", and it has a very low coefficient of thermal conductivity (0.013 ~ 0.025 W/(m.K)), low dielectric constant (1.1 ~ 2.5), high specific surface area (500 ~ 1000 m2 / g), which in such aspects as mechanics, acoustics, thermal, optical shows its unique properties.
 
 
Purpose and Scope      
TYCE500R150 is the use of high technology of nano materials technology for synthesis of porous composite insulation material, the content of hole can reach 96-98%. Is a kind of low density, high specific surface area, insulation, heat insulation, low thermal conductivity at very low light reflection characteristics of nano materials. Has a lower thermal conductivity than the air, soft, compressive, hydrophobic machine. 
Heat treatment is convenient, to under 250 degrees can also have very good heat insulation effect. At the same time also is very good green energy-saving materials, can be used to any deformation according to the target. 
 
Special quality 
Low thermal conductivity, thermal resistance efficiency is 2-8 times of traditional materials. 
Easy to deformation and processing 
Environmental protection material, comply with ROHS. SGS.
