Test method: Visually inspect the graphite sheet appearance in a bright environment.

Graphite heat dissipation performance test
Test Method:
1. Two circular samples of 25 mm diameter cut from a graphite sheet using a jig.
 
 
2. Measure its thickness (micrometer); weight (electronic scale) and calculate its density.
 
 
3. Cut 2 round samples from the same graphite sheet and insert them simultaneously into the laser thermal conductivity meter (NETZSCH, Germany). (LFA 467) Measure the jig and hold it flat, measure the thermal diffusion coefficient of the sample and calculate the thermal conductivity.

Conclusion: Poor appearance
 
Measurement of heat dissipation performance of artificial graphite sheet
The thermal diffusion coefficient of the three samples was measured in the range of 830-850 mm2/s, with low values.
The thermal conductivity of the three samples is 1200-1300w/(m*k), which is lower than that of 25u sheet in the industry. Average value 1300-1600w/(m*k)
Conclusion: heat dispersion data and thermal conductivity values are low and below the industry average
